Cityscape created the schematic design through construction documents for a $15 million renovation of Ford’s flagship Manhattan dealership.  We created an inviting experience by re-planning and renovating 120,000 square-feet of automotive showroom and customer service areas along with a contemporary facade.
All construction took place while  the existing sales and service areas  remained operational.  Work was bid in seven coordinated project phases over 14 months of construction.  The completed facility contains Ford, Lincoln, Jaguar, Mazda, and Land Rover facilities.
