Eli possesses a broad range of experience in test-and-rollout projects for national brands and consistently delivers projects effectively on fast schedules. His previous work on such projects includes 50+ restaurants, 30+ retail establishments, and 20+ banks, with schedules ranging from as long as three months to as short as two weeks. This experience spans the entirety of the project's timeline, from site survey and initial programming to construction document issuance, and construction administration if needed.
Eli has successfully implemented these programs across the United States and abroad, and has managed accounts, often concurrently, to ensure the program is delivered to each project location effectively, accurately, and quickly. He has also assisted brands in producing, maintaining, updating, and implementing standards, for use on specific projects and across entire programs. He believes that the best works of architecture not only excel at addressing the needs of the client, but perform exceptionally in environmental, social, and economical frameworks as well.
Fun Fact: Eli completed his Architectural Registration Exams before completing his Master Degree.
