Chris is a registered architect with extensive experience in retail, commercial, and restaurant projects. He has worked on numerous high-profile projects and developments such as Hermes in the Aventura Mall as well as mall renovations at Aventura Mall and The Mall at Short Hills, as well as core and shell work at Fashion District Philadelphia.
Chris has also contributed to restaurant renovations like North Italia Restaurants and served as Project Architect for the AMC Theater in Philadelphia, overseeing core and shell work for a new movie theater. His portfolio includes major retail projects such as The Mall at Miami Worldcenter, where he was part of an eight-person team that developed construction documents for a three-city-block shopping center featuring multiple levels of retail, parking, and rooftop amenities. Additionally, he contributed to the expansion of Westfield Valley Fair Mall in Santa Clara, California, producing detailed construction documents using Revit as part of a ten-person team.
Notably, Chris developed concept renderings and color elevations for the Grand Landing Development in Grand Haven, Michigan, a mixed-use project that showcases his ability to create visually compelling and detailed architectural designs. With a strong background in managing complex architectural projects, Chris excels in collaborative team environments. His expertise spans multiple states, showcasing his adaptability and professional acumen.
