Chris is a licensed architect with extensive experience in retail, commercial, and restaurant new build and renovation projects. Chris excels in collaborative team environments contributing to complex large-scale architectural designs.
His portfolio includes The Mall at Miami Worldcenter, where he was part of an eight-person architectural team that developed core and shell construction documents for a three-city-block shopping center featuring multiple levels of retail, parking, and rooftop amenities. Additionally, he contributed to the renovation and expansion of Westfield Valley Fair Mall in Santa Clara, CA, producing detailed construction documents using Revit as part of a ten-person architectural team. He has contributed to numerous high-profile projects including Aventura Mall, The Mall at Short Hills, the AMC Theater overbuild at Fashion District Philadelphia, and townhomes at Grand Landing Development. Additionally, Chris has decades of experience with automotive dealerships and retail banking center projects.
