Cityscape provided the feasibility studies through construction documents to convert a 4 story, 71,500 sf hotel into a senior living & memory care facility.  We performed code studies, and led all engineering teams and consultants through this change of use.  The 150 resident rooms, reception atrium, dining areas, and community rooms have been detailed to be renovated and bring more warmth and vitality into the facility.
