Located in one of San Francisco's most sensitive historic districts, Cityscape developed the schematic design through construction documents to retrofit this dilapidated 38,000 sf building into a flagship Ford sales and vehicle storage facility. Working with Fordland Realty and the city allowed a $6m investment to incorporate Ford’s brand image elements into a revitalized, & historically significant facade. A new, adjacent parking courtyard was incorporated with a new metal panel arcade complete with integral security grille.
