Cityscape created the schematic design through construction documents  to build-out this tenant space to meet the needs of Mitsubishi  Chemical. Key requirements included, developing a functional layout for 2  separate divisions that required privacy, while simultaneously providing  access to a new shared conference room and existing restrooms.
