Cityscape created the interior schematic design for a 5 story Maserati Sales and Service facility in Manhattan. Working within a predetermined core and shell building, we created an efficient vehicle sales and service operation. Cityscape applied the Maserati corporate image and created a 3dmodel and renderings. With Manhattan floor space at a premium, we minimized plumbing fixtures on the sales floors through an intense plumbing code study.
