DCA worked with Cherry Health to renovate and expand this 170 Resident Pre-Release Community Treatment Center in Detroit. The updated facility meets Federal Bureau of Prisons requiements and features treatment rooms, dorms, bedrooms, office and recreational spaces.   

We led and coordinated a team of engineers to bring new MEP services into this 1952 convent; overcoming a building full of small rooms w/ bearing walls, lack of documentation, and non-compliant infrastructure.
