This pre-release center monitored by the Federal Bureau of Prisons, and operated by Cherry Health, houses more than 100 residents.  Cityscape created the construction documents to renovate and expand the existing facility to accommodate 50 more residents, administrative spaces, and recreation areas.  
We led and coordinated a team of engineers to bring new mechanical,
plumbing, and electrical services into this 1952 convent.  We overcame the challenge of updating a building full of small rooms, many bearing walls, lack of documentation, and non-compliant infrastructure.
Construction to begin in Spring 2020.
