Cityscape has provided construction documents for dozens of financial institutions, including Comerica Bank, Bank1 and Research Federal Credit Union.
From 2004 to 2007, Cityscape developed over 100 renovation plans for Comerica Bank & we served as Architect of Record for 6 local bank renovations in the last two years.

  • Comerica Bank | Dearborn, MICityscape Architects, Inc. designed this 14,000 square-foot financial center to accommodate the needs of Michigan's highest revenue Comerica branch. The center consists of a 5,000 square-foot retail banking center and a 9,000 square -foot private banking facility. The phasing and relocation of existing equipment, personnel, and assets were key components in the design process.
  • Comerica Bank | Roseville, MICityscape provided the construction documents for the renovation of this branch bank. The branded entry tower and metal panel fascia were added to the facade. The interior was completely renovated to incorporate Comerica's retail brand finishes.
  • Comerica Bank | Bloomfield Twp, MICoordination between Cityscape, the bank, contractor/developer, and the developer's architect allowed the successful integration of this branch bank's offices and drive-thru teller lanes. This cohesive financial center features a corporate elevator linking the first floor Comerica branch bank with the second floor administration offices.
  • Comerica Bank | Commerce Twp., MIThis facility represents the new 3,500 square-foot Comercia Hub prototype being built on a national level. Cityscape is one of two architecture firms involved in the national roll-out of this program.
  • Comerica Bank | Troy, MICityscape provided the construction documents for the renovation of this branch bank. A branded entry tower, masonry walls, and metal panel fascia were added to the facade to meet Comerica's retail design standards.
  • Bank1 | Auburn Hills, MIBank1, formerly National Bank of Detroit, is one of the largest banks in Michigan. Tony Dellicolli was responsible for the design of several branches throughout the state. This particular branch has site entrances off two major roads. Consequently, a tower element was created to identify the entry to customers, regardless of their approach to the facility.
  • Bank1 | Rochester, MIBank1, formerly National Bank of Detroit, was one of the largest banks in Michigan. Tony Dellicolli was responsible for the design of several branches throughout the state. This branch's prominent location in Rochester, MI made it a natural to be selected as an early prototype. Its layout developed into a standard plan used for future build-outs.
