Tony Dellicolli, RA, AIA
Founding Principal

With over forty years of architectural design experience, Tony leads the Cityscape team. He serves as the driving force for all design decisions on Cityscape projects. Tony provides quality control, ensures brand standards are met, and works with clients to determine and exceed their project needs.

Anita Dellicolli
Founding Principal

Anita Dellicolli is a founding partner of Cityscape Architects, Inc. She currently provides oversight of all financial, administrative, human resource, and travel matters for the company. Her administrative experience spans 33 years. 

Derrick Mroz, RA, LEED AP, NCARB

Derrick has spent the past 15 years preparing thorough construction documentation for a variety of project types. He manages projects from design development through occupancy. His experience defining achievable project milestones, project scheduling, and bid document development results in the successful translation of design to built architecture.

Pamela Stasko, RA
Senior Project Manager

For 20 years, Pam has specialized in developing construction details. From design development to material and code research she is an expert in developing a package of coordinated construction documents. Her attention to detail and awareness of construction methods allows her to clearly outline expections of construction quality in the field.

John Free

With the firm since 2001, John has been involved from concept through construction documents and is responsible for the visualization of Cityscape’s designs. John has served as Program Manager for the Volkswagen of America ‘White Frame’, Lincoln Mercury ‘Gallery’, and Comerica Bank’s ‘Retail’ brand image programs. The brand image programs required John to prepare schematic design packages. This included visiting project sites, interfacing with project managers and owner management teams to develop appropriate design solutions for new-build and renovation facilities.

Josh Wagensomer
Senior Designer

For the past 3 years, Josh has served as Cityscape’s visualization expert. His photorealistic renderings and process diagrams clearly convey design intent to our clients. He was integral to the Volkswagen of America ‘White Frame’ program, and prepared schematic design through construction documents. Josh holds a graduate degree in Architecture and is completing the process to become a licensed architect.

Our practice is focused on specialty retail and commercial projects in Michigan and the Midwest, with current projects including automotive dealerships, financial centers, retail facilities, corporate offices, high tech office centers and recreation facilities.
